His educational credentials include an Executive MBA in Human Resources, specializing in Training and Development, an Advanced Diploma in Operations Management, certification as an NLP Practitioner, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
His passion for communication and education led him to be certified by the British Council as an English-Speaking Coach. Through the prestigious Teach India Programme, he has trained and mentored numerous underprivileged students, empowering them with confidence and communication skills that have transformed their futures.
Excellence has been a constant throughout his life—not only in academics and leadership, but also in sports. As a national-level athlete, Biju proudly represented Maharashtra in the 100 metres, 200 metres, and Long Jump.
His corporate journey is equally distinguished. He has held senior leadership positions with some of India's most respected organizations.
Yet, despite an outstanding corporate career, Biju discovered that his greatest calling was not managing businesses—it was transforming lives.
